Återställ Våtmarker takes data security and privacy very seriously.

The information we store is used for organising the movement and to inform the public about what we are doing.

The purpose of collecting data is to inform you about what is happening in Återställ Våtmarker, to contact you, to find out how you want to get involved and from there to help you further, and to organise the activities you sign up for.

Information that you provide to us when you:

• Make donations
• Sign up for events
• Fill in forms
• Or otherwise contact us

Information we store:

• Personal and contact information, such as name, social security number, address, email address, phone number.
• Bank account number for direct debit
• Other information you provide to us

We handle photos of people participating in our actions and other activities. These may be published on our external channels to publicise the actions and the movement in general.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is consent, which you give when you submit your data to us. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Doing so does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing before the withdrawal of consent.

The legal basis for our processing of images from actions is the balance of interests, as the impact of actions relies on our ability to publicise them.

Data about your skills and interests that you submit will only be kept for as long as they are needed to facilitate your participation in Återställ Våtmarker. Data related to specific activities will be deleted after the activity is completed. Your name, email address, phone number, city and postcode will be stored until further notice to enable us to send you news and updates about Återställ Våtmarker.

The data is managed by a small number of people who are responsible for channeling newcomers into the right group. They will pass on your expression of interest to a contact person for the working group you are interested in, or to the people organising of an activity.

Personal data may also be processed by the suppliers who provide our IT systems.

Återställ Våtmarker is the data controller. You have the right to contact us if you want information about what data we hold about you, to request that it be rectified or that we restrict processing.
